I've moved toward multifamily, RV parks, and eventually boutique hotels and short-term rentals because I believe in working smarter, building better operations, and creating experiences people actually remember — not just collecting units.

I'm actively refining this, not selling a finished playbook. I'm exploring consulting and custom implementation work for other business owners who want the same, and I've got a team behind me to support it.

About Autumn
How I got here
I was interested in homes and design long before I knew what to do with it — as a kid I wanted to be an interior designer. I liked the idea of a space telling a story.
Before real estate, I was building a bakery business tied to events and weddings. Then COVID hit, and the events industry that supported it disappeared almost overnight.
That pushed me into real estate. I started wholesaling in 2019, mostly figuring it out on my own, and later joined the SubTo community to learn faster from people already doing the work. I went on to serve as a SubTo Regional Leader.
Helping people find their footing matters to me because real estate isn't a solo sport — I didn't build any of this alone, and I don't think anyone should have to.
My interest in boutique hospitality is really the same interest as when I was a kid: design, travel, and creating experiences people remember. Real estate just turned out to be the way I get to build that.
